When printing B/W to the machine bypassing the PCL driver from dos or other software and User Authentication is on the print job will not come out.

Symptom:
When printing B/W to the machine bypassing the PCL driver from dos or other software and User Authentication is on the print job will not come out.
Cause:
By default the machine will treat print jobs with no Username and Password as a print from the Guest account which only has B/W permissions. When the driver is bypassed it treats the job as color.
