Models: MX-M283N/MX-M363N/MX-M453N/MX-M503N/MX-M623N/MX-M753N MX-2600N/MX-3100N/MX-4100N/MX-4101N/MX-5001N MX-2310U/MX-2610N/MX-3110N/MX-3610N

Symptom: When sending a Fax there is a message requesting the number again.

Cause: The Fax Destination Confirmation box is checked.

Solution: Uncheck the Fax Destination Confirmation box.

At the MFP Operation Panel:
Go into to System Settings and log in as Admin;
1. Select Image Send Settings.
2. Click Fax Settings.
3. Click Fax Default Settings.
4. Make sure that the box next to Fax Dest. Confirmation Mode is unchecked.
5. Click the OK button.

At the MFP web page, or at the MX-2610N/MX-3110N/MX-3610N Operation Panel:
Go to System Settings and log in as Administrator;
1. Click Image Send Settings.
2. Click Fax Settings.
3. Make sure that the box next to Fax Dest. Confirmation Mode is unchecked.
4. Click the Submit button.
