The @ button doesn't work when typing and email address in the scan to field

Models: HP M3027/M3035 MFP

Note:  You will need to know the IP address of your HP MFP.  The following steps will print a configuration page with the IP address.

  1. From the Home screen, touch Administration .
  2. Touch Information .
  3. Touch Configuration/Status Pages .
  4. Touch Configuration Page .
  5. Touch Print .


Solution:  Log on to the Web Interface of the MFP > Digital Sending >  Email Settings > Uncheck the box "USE ADDRESS BOOK ENTRIES ONLY".
