Machine Print Spool Locks Up When Printing Vector Graphics

Models: AR-M350N/AR-M450N 

Symptom:  When printing an Adobe® PDF file, the machine would print about four pages and then lockup indicating, “Rendering.”

Cause: Driver is set for printing vector graphics. 

Solution: In the print driver, under the Advanced Tab, select “raster” from the drop-down list. Thisallows the printer to print the file without decrypting the vector graphics.
