Note:  You will need the IP address of your Sharp MFP.

This tutorial is designed to help users setup the Sharp MX MFPs to pull LDAP (Email Global Address Book).  This is ideal for medium to large businesses.  It saves having to have an user administer the Sharp MFP web interface every time an user is needed to be added or removed from the panel of the Sharp MFP.

See the PDF (at the bottom of the page).

Note: The web interface is different for all AR models and the following MX models: MX-M260, MX-M310, MX-M350, MX-M450, MX-M550, MX-M620, MX-M700. Once logged in to the web interface: Click Admin Mode (username: admin  password: Sharp) > click LDAP > click Add.

If you encounter issues and cannot get LDAP to pull, you may want to try changing the LDAP port to 636 and in the Port Control (found under Security) of the Sharp web interface enable LDAP-SSL (Client Port).
