Setting Up Account Codes On Sharp MX MFP Printers

You will need the IP address of your Sharp MFP

The following shows
how to set up account codes on the web interface of the Sharp MFP
Note:
To be able to print, once account codes (authentication) has been enabled, you must enter the account number in the Job Handling tab of the printer driver: Right-click the Sharp printer > Select Printing Preferences > Select the Job Handling tab > Check the User Number box and enter the given account number. Make sure the Login Name and/or Password boxes are not checked if using Number only (recommended) account codes
